It is climate controlled, but that’s about it. There is clearly no pest or insect control in the buildings. There are rat feces everywhere and spider egg sacks all over our items in our unit. You could see the mouse droppings all over inside of the main bay area, where you park as well I imagine it was from people moving their stuff out, and the droppings just fell out of the items as they were moving, which is disgusting not to mention unhealthy and dangerous. The best Storage company around des moines. And Tara is the absolute best to work with! She was so extremely helpful! I was so stressed and she put all my worries at ease. The best!!!
Stopped into the Storelocal in West Des Moines to rent a space for my business. Tara was helpful and got me into the size I needed. I highly recommend this location.

I am impressed with the ease of not worrying about losing a key (or someone stealing it) to a lock and having it all accessible from my phone. I am not the most tech savvy, but I am happy with ability to just push a button and it unlocks or locks the door. The staff Tara helped me out with downloading the app and explaining how I can share access with my husband so he has the app on his phone too!
