I am impressed with the ease of not worrying about losing a key (or someone stealing it) to a lock and having it all accessible from my phone. I am not the most tech savvy, but I am happy with ability to just push a button and it unlocks or locks the door. The staff Tara helped me out with downloading the app and explaining how I can share access with my husband so he has the app on his phone too!
This storage place is the nicest storage unit I have rented from. I recently rented from another storage unit that was really nice- but this place was a hidden gem, besides the location is more convenient, the rates were almost 50% less than what I was paying previously. The building is very clean, neat and the manager Tara is a tremendous help- she has been patient with me and answered my questions with ease and no hesitation. I highly recommend Storelocal - from ease of renting the unit, to ease of accessing it. It is very clean, secure and the app to access the building and unit is also easy to use. I was pleased, again, with the ease of renting and then the size and location.
