If i could give 6 stars i would, SUSAN at the front desk is very helpful and so friendly. She made everything so simple and easy to deal with. Best customer service ill be recommending this place to friends and family.
Storage area is very clean, they have complimentary carts and being able to use the loading garageakesnit so much easier than having to go outside and load, then go back in to get the rest of the items. Also if you have an inside unit, the climate control is absolutely a game changer.

If I had more stars to choose, I’d give AAA Storage 10 stars for the fact that the owners have the best manager working for them! Susan is a lovely, efficient, helpful and friendly person. Her dedication shows as she keeps the storage in tip top shape. I have never seen any bugs inside the storage units and I’ve rented one three years ago and 2 this past year up until yesterday.
