UPDATE: After reading Joos (counterpost) talking about court & slander, which I believe speaks volumes to the sliminess of the company, I've reposted my 'opinion' review. After management changed hands we stopped using the storage unit after 5 years of being perfectly happy. When we turned in our keys we got a bill for another month and fees for a spot on the floor that I believe was there when we started.
