I learned I was being over charged for months. I brought the issue to Prestige Storage Staff and they promised to rectify the issue. The staff were very understanding and polite. They seem genuinely caring about my problems. Time will tell.
My mother had this storage unit. When she passed away, Krissy helped make it a smooth transition from being in my mother's name to mine. They have been nothing but kind and helpful in all my needs. Brenton assisted in my closeout process and worked with me due to weather conditions of not being out by the end of the month. He gave me a couple extra days which helped out tremendously. Working with Christy was great and had a great experience with the climate controlled unit. I will be using again in the near future.
Hard to get a hold of anyone. I've had this issue since renting the unit. In the beginning when I first rented the unit, I was given 2 separate access codes and neither worked until someone else leaving let us in with her code, but I have not visited the lot since because I live 2 hours away from my unit. I was given a $20 increase on a 5×10 unit, so with insurance I now pay roughly $102 a month. It's pretty ridiculous and I would be switching units to a cheaper place if I could.
