Super useful place to store my junk short term while I got my home ready to sell. Really clean. Good security. Pleasant people to work with.
I learned I was being over charged for months. I brought the issue to Prestige Storage Staff and they promised to rectify the issue. The staff were very understanding and polite. They seem genuinely caring about my problems. Time will tell.
My mother had this storage unit. When she passed away, Krissy helped make it a smooth transition from being in my mother's name to mine. They have been nothing but kind and helpful in all my needs. Brenton assisted in my closeout process and worked with me due to weather conditions of not being out by the end of the month. He gave me a couple extra days which helped out tremendously.
