Hard to get a hold of anyone. I've had this issue since renting the unit. In the beginning when I first rented the unit, I was given 2 separate access codes and neither worked until someone else leaving let us in with her code, but I have not visited the lot since because I live 2 hours away from my unit. I was given a $20 increase on a 5×10 unit, so with insurance I now pay roughly $102 a month. It's pretty ridiculous and I would be switching units to a cheaper place if I could. Security deposit wasn't returned
THEY WILL PUT FRAUDULENT CHARGES ON YOUR CREDIT CARD. You will not be able to speak to a human being. You will not be able to cancel your storage unit. I have called 7 times in the past week, left 7 messages, and gotten 0 responses. I have been trying to cancel my unit for a week and they just won't. They will duck your phone calls. Additionally, they sent me the wrong gate code via email when I first rented the unit, and then I had to wait on hold for almost 2 hours to get the correct code.
