Came here to get an international driver permit. They were quick and super friendly
Had a great tow experience. Mr. Moore helped me getting my car to the dealership after it broke down and he was the best! 10/10 recommend AAA.
The two ladies upfront seem very unhappy about their job. Awful attitudes and laughing when someone says they should try being a little nicer. What a shame
Worst customer service ever. Woman at the front was so rude. Will drive further to avoid this location in the future .
I placed a tow request August 14th, 11:45p for my disabled vehicle on I-275 S coming from Tampa, Florida. I waited over 9 hours for a physical tow truck to arrive to assist me. I understand overnight tows are a bit more difficult but 9 hours is absolutely absurd. I spoke to at least 10 different customer service representatives, 5 different tow companies you all "dispatched" just to still be abandoned on the highway until 9am. I had to call 14 different times to speak with someone, not once did AAA call me first to update me... read more
