I was pleased with AAA until this year. 4/4 Came to startup irrigation system. Diagnosed a cracked pump. Promised an estimate “first thing Monday”. No estimate on Monday 4/6. I called them 4/7 and left a message asking about quote. Still haven’t heard anything from them. While no phone calls or follow up they certainly had no problem cashing my check (January) for the annual service contract.
I contacted AA Sprinkler System by phone to have someone come out and assist me with a problem with my sprinkler system. No one would answer the phone. I have called and left voice messages for three times now requesting their help. I even asked them on the third attempt if they would call me back. These calls have been going on now for a period of about three weeks. They have yet to respond to my request for help.
