I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed in the service I’ve received. My initial charge was $96.00 I was charged $160 and I have been charged ever since July 31st for $59.00 . I finally talked with customer service the worker there put in that I did not replace the gas that was in there when indeed Idid replace the gas that was in there then customer service said I only owed 49 but how do I get charged for 59.00 everyday it’s not making any since to constantly run my card for something I replaced is insane. The lady was super sweet and nice very helpful
They are rude. The lady at the front desk has an attitude. She asked me if I broke the mirror, but it should have been noted down already since the U-Haul came that way. She said “okay since you didn’t break it I’m not going to charge you” like what?? I’m very disappointed. So far, Tyler, TX, has been a bad experience. Never coming here to rent anything, and the crazy part of all of this that all I did was drop the U-Haul off!
Top notch service and facilities. I would highly recommend renting your U-haul from this location.
