Yanked around when it came to delivery. Several different delivery dates all over a month behind first estimated completion, finally ended up being told they were in town that day and would deliver it the same day, with about an hour's notice. Had to make them reschedule to a day I'd actually be home, which took several phone calls since no one picked up.
