Chris was an absolute lifesaver this evening! We discovered we had a leak from the AC part of the furnace running and he was able to get it all cleared up and ready to go for us. AAA Service has been our go to company for several years because they are thorough, take all the time they need to, and make sure you are good to go when they leave. Highly recommend this company and all of their workers are fantastic! They also answer all my questions and help me understand the way things work a lot better :)

They now use an AI bot to answer their phone, which wasted my time collecting my information for a service the business did not offer. The first question I asked was whether they preform this service, and the AI bot lied and said "yes." They did later have an actual person call me back to cancel and let me know they do not perform the service, which I appreciate. Carter from AAA Service Network was fantastic! He arrived on time, clearly explained everything he found, and presented several repair options. I felt completely at ease having him in my home—he was professional and tidy. We truly valued both his expertise and the time he took with us. Pricing was reasonable, and the office staff were friendly and accommodating. We’ll definitely be turning to AAA again!
