The claim adjuster suggested this company due to smoke sud from my fireplace getting on our family furniture. The adjuster claimed that this company would clean the couch (i.e shampoo, condition, steam , OR SOMETHING .. ) the gentleman arrived at the house with A CAN of leather cleaner. We had a kitchen fire in December 2017. We were out of our home for several months and looking forward to having all of our personal items cleaned and returned.
