Ive had **** with AAA SEPTIC out to my house three times. Hes always very thorough and patient explaining what the problem is and how hes going to remedy it. He does a wonderful job. My only request to **** is that he return phone calls or texts when customers are trying to get a status update on a service call visit. I had given up on him coming after he told me he would, and then he called the next day and said he was on the way.
