I must say I had an amazing experience paying for the storage unit. Each time I called the office they were helpful and professional. Everytime I made a trip to the unit...Everything was clean from the hall, to the bath room and the elevator. This is a perfect place to place your belongings... You definitely want be disappointed
Ms.Cathy is best she always checking on you and making you smile and if you need a climate control storage come to her. She makes the process smooth and you never have to worry about a smell or creatures she takes great care of the building
if i could give zero stars i would. don't have a dumpster to throw belongings in that you do not want. lady in the front office was rude and has poor customer service. pricey and will charge a fee for any little thing. also it smells inside!
