We have used this storage for the last 5 years. @CRA management took it over a year ago and service has been great. The only reason for the 4 start is when we first started using it the lock on our unit was cut off by management with out our consent because a unit next to us thought they dropped a key or something in between us and theirs. CRA has been much better to work with.
So far so good! The unit was in good shape when I arrived and its worked well so far. Seems like it will be decent in terms of temperatures because there's some drywall at the back of my unit that helps insulate as well as a tree providing shade and good airflow in the units.
This is the best priced storage units in Lehi. Super convenient too.
