Kris Goes above and beyond to assure a quality renting experience. She does her best to make things happen. The units themselves are clean and sufficient for outdoor storage. We have used the units inbetween two moves over the last three years. We stored everything but food products. Just saying listen to her about that; otherwise, it will attract unwanted four footed friends!!! Thank you again Kris. YTB

I highly recommend AAA Storage in Williamsburg, MI. The location at 6631 M-72 was perfect. I had a 12’ by 40’ unit where I stored a custom FORD Econoline 350 van that required a 9 foot clearance. My unit had room for the van, a car, and some other items. I frequently went in and out of their secure facility to retrieve the van. The large door was easy to open high enough to make the required clearance. My unit had overhead lights. Chris was always very responsive when I needed to reach out.

Great experience. Easy move in as well as an easy process to vacate. Love the fact that it is secured with a locked gate. Kristen was super friendly and easy to work with. Definitely would recommend to others.
