Unbelievable customer service. Our box truck got stuck in the snow because it was not plowed for weeks after a few large snow storms. He then said that he has no sympathy because other smaller vehicles have gotten through, and it was because of our driving that we got stuck. Despite the fact that it was on the main path! Incredibly rude and unprofessional!!!!! Would not recommend!
The people that run this place need to sell it and retire! They are so rude!! The only way to pay is to go there or call in and hope that someone who is there can figure out what your payment is and feels like taking it. If you store anything there and are out of state, you need to find another storage place. The older man that runs this place was horrible to us. Very rude and disrespectful. Ended up going elsewhere.
I had an issue with my passcode working so I called the office to see if they could tell me if there was an issue with the system. The guy was exceptionally rude telling me that I "don't pay him enough to get out of bed, shower, put on clothes, and come out to help". I will definitely be finding a different storage company.
