If I could give 0 stars to make this post I would. I recently moved out of one of the larger units. I rented for maybe 3-4 months. Aug 2025-Nov 2025. Since the start the lady has been rude every time she speaks with me in person/over the phone and has the cockiest attitude. I was charged a $10 late fee on top of the $100 rental fee when the payment wasn’t due until November 28th… I moved out November 20th. Unbelievable customer service. Our box truck got stuck in the snow because it was not plowed for weeks after a few large snow storms. He then said that he has no sympathy because other smaller vehicles have gotten through, and it was because of our driving that we got stuck. Despite the fact that it was on the main path! Incredibly rude and unprofessional!!!!! Would not recommend!
The people that run this place need to sell it and retire! They are so rude!! The only way to pay is to go there or call in and hope that someone who is there can figure out what your payment is and feels like taking it. If you store anything there and are out of state, you need to find another storage place. They say they don’t want your property, but will foreclose on it if you can’t keep calling to find someone to take it. There is no online system to make any payments whatsoever. The older man that runs this place was horrible to us. Very rude and disrespectful. Ended up going elsewhere.
