Recently, this company fudged the time they were notified of an alarm and their response time in their favor when they provided their billing statement and response summary. They indicated it was 19 minutes response time, but our phone and video cameras confirm it was 39 minutes. If you are looking for a company that doesn’t present the facts honestly and responds to alarms 40 minutes after they sound, then Kyle and his team are perfect for you.
I was in a retail store with one of this company security guards there and he's within 2 ft of me during these covid times. I asked him to move three times and he just stood there like a person without a thought in his head. He wasn't the cleanest of gentlemen either and it made me feel very uncomfortable. One week before Christmas and we have one of their employees not caring about spreading disease and not following the cdc's guidelines for being in business by staying 6 ft away.
If this company is still operating, it is a miracle. They've been circling the drain for years. They hire anyone who can pass a basic background check and are plagued by poor and incompetent leadership.
