I am so thankful for AAA Secured Storage and all the staff that work there. What I know about this Security Storage is that they have a coded gate to get in, camera’s around all the units including the gate, they have staff that monitor the units all the time, it’s a clean and friendly atmosphere, you have an option to use your own lock on the unit or they can provide one for you. I would give this place a zero if I could. I set up automatic payments and checked every month on my balance and it said zero balance and all was paid. I was thrown a huge balance out of nowhere when I closed the account. I was tossed around from one person to the next. One employee fessed up and said that the same issue had happened to at least five people renting from them. They did not get back to me after months of trying to get help and an explanation. I did not have a problem with this storage facility until they sent me an accusatory email saying I was doing business out of my unit. This is where I house inventory for a business so my staff frequent our unit to acquire items for our various jobs. We do not have an office there nor do we have clients at the storage facility. In addition, my staff person also parked 20 feet from our unit as it was second from the end so not to block other's doors and that was deemed inappropriate.
