One of the most efficient labs I’ve been too. Very nice and friendly. No wasting time or sitting around for 30+ minutes waiting. In and out in 10 minutes.
I used this place for mandatory drug test for my school. Last year everything went perfectly and so I scheduled here again for this year. When I arrive they were confused and rushed me even though everything had been discussed over the phone earlier and I was well within the stated work hours. The lady, in her rush, ripped the paper securing the sample and rather than getting a new paper she continued to use it stating the lab would figure it out. This place was a joke. Nobody knew how to work a computer. Filthy, non sterile, cluttered, messy atmosphere.
Nobody answers the phone.
