These people flat out lied to me when I really needed help, told me I was next in line to get my tanks cleaned out. Now it is the next morning about the same time I called yesterday, and still no call back, I called yesterday 4 times and was only told driver has your ticket. By not letting me know anything I lost my chance to get someone else. Will Never Do Any Business With Them.
They came out within a few hours of me calling which surprised me because they are almost an hour away from us. The driver was very friendly and considerate of my yard and not driving the truck all through my yard. My septic was pumped quickly without a big mess and it was only $95. Thanks AAA!
They suck......Probed the ground for ten minutes and left....never heard from them again. Called A&A...great bunch...took care of all my needs and even provided some free info....
They came within 2 hours of calling, HOWEVER.....We had problems a few days later and I called 3 times and they never returned my calls back and I had to call another company A&A and they were wonderful.. AAA only cleaned 2 tanks and when A&A came out they showed me I had 3 tanks and that the problem was the main 1st tank had not been cleaned.
