great service and very reasonable rates, i have used him numerous times and he is always there to help clean up a mess. i can't imagine using another cleaning company for my upholstery and carpets, i am sure no one else can compare!
Simply the best carpet cleaning service on the North Shore. Like some other reviews mentioned, some companies show up and start adding to the price quoted on the phone. These guys stick to the very fair price and do a great job. Bob K happened to be going to Gloucester the day I called and showed up the same day. I had company coming in three days for 2 weeks. I had contracted with another rug cleaner for a move out/move in for a tenant's apartment and they never showed up. Bob from AAA Sani Clean fit me in and called on his way and was early. He did a great job, the rugs look and smell like new. Will be using Bob and AAA Sani Clean for all my rugs!
For the past 6 years we have used AAA SANI Clean and have nothing but good things to report. Our house has two dogs and two cats and Bob comes twice a year to clean all rugs and furniture. He is reliable, honest, thorough and always on time. We are delighted with his work and how clean and wonderful our house is when he has finished.

AAA Sani-Clean provides GREAT carpet/cleaning services at very reasonable prices. They do a great job, they are very honest, and will not try to talk you into getting services done that you don't need. I highly recommend them!
