I called Sande and he came the next day! He was coming from a job site in Mississauga and I lived in East Toronto on the day he arrived! I need to remove squirrels and patch up the huge hole with a screen. Sande came with his assistant Sam and both guys were awesome! He even cleaned out my gutters. Sande answered all my questions and was very patient with me! He cared about his work and made sure I was taken care of! I really recommend him.

Had raccoons in my attic. Sande came within 3 days and 2 days later the raccoons were gone! My first experience with having critters in my attic. I was so stressed but Sande was patient with explaining the processes and was always response via text to any follow up concerns I had. Thank you so much!

I've been at my place for about 15 years, never had any problems with wildlife, just the night when we came back from March break vacation, we heard loud grunt and sounds like fighting in the attic, my daughters got scared all night and couldn't get a good sleep, and this happened again the next morning at 6 AM to wake us up. Sande was professional, personable and very knowledgeable. He responded quickly and fortunately was able to come the day I called to remove the raccoon babies from our attic. He cares about the quality of work as well as welfare of animals. There is a reason he is so busy.

Sande was excellent in dealing with the racoon problem in my chimney. I had an open chimney and a racoon was able to climb in and settle with her children. He easily got the mother racoon out, but with the way my fireplace was constructed, it was not easy to get the children out. He cleverly built a mesh ladder leading to a chimney vent so that the children would follow their mother outside.
