If I could give Sande 10 stars I would! Last winter he helped us with an entry point in our roof where squirrels were getting into our attic. He installed a one way door and they never came back again. He made sure to inspect our entire roof to make sure it was the only spot they could get in. This year we asked if he could remove the door and patch up the space and he came the day we called. His service is very prompt and professional and I would recommend him to anyone that needs wildlife control and more!

We recently discovered that we had a squirrel nest in our attic. A squirrel had chewed an entry point around a vent on our roof. My husband called Sande at AAA Sande Wildlife Control and a technician came to our house the next day! We live in Brampton and Sande works out of East York. The problem was resolved within 8 weeks with various stages of entry point cage door modifications. The workmanship is excellent. We had metal grates installed on all our roof vents. We have had great experiences with Sande - he helped us last winter when there were sparrows in our attic and so we called him again this spring when we saw a raccoon crawl into a different spot in our roof. Both times Sande and his team have been very friendly, professional and communicative, promptly responding to my message and coming to address the problem with a short turnaround time (extra appreciated considering the raccoon was about to have babies imminently!). can’t recommend Sande enough! We had a bird nest issue with four birds nesting in our roof soffit. They were leaving droppings all over our windows, the exterior of our home, and our lawn. We’d been dealing with the problem all summer and contacted four different wildlife removal companies. Since we live in a three-storey townhouse, most companies told us they didn’t have ladders tall enough or that we’d need to rent a lift, which was frustrating.
