We had an unidentified critter show up in our attic about 10 days ago. I sourced a couple quotes, one of which was Sande's. Sande is excellent. He is extremely knowledgeable, responsive and effective at what he does. We had a raccoon in our roof which he was able to evict, and then he returned later to patch up a section of the roof that the racoon had subsequently torn up (trying to regain access) free of charge. Can’t say enough good things about Sande - he is simply the best!
I've been at my place for about 15 years, never had any problems with wildlife, just the night when we came back from March break vacation, we heard loud grunt and sounds like fighting in the attic, my daughters got scared all night and couldn't get a good sleep, and this happened again the next morning at 6 AM to wake us up.
