Had carpet prior from AAA prior, but never had LVP. Installed LVP last week in most of the house. The installers were first class all the way. Went over and above in every aspect. They were knowledgeable and clean and very careful. Floors turned out so nice, definitely worth it!!
It's been a year and a half since I had my carpet installed. I'm still happy with the service I received and installation. No pressure sales and easy to work with. They took their time installing and quality work. Thank you!

The one star is ONLY rating the communication with the business. They don’t answer the phone! Have called for days to check status of order placed a month ago, calling multiple times a day, no answer and no voicemail. Sent email, 3 days later, no answer. Good prices and in-person service while making my selection, but unable to get a hold of them after that!
I had AAA install luxury vinyl flooring in parts of my home which I am very pleased with. However, when it came to replacing all of the carpet in my home is a different story. Installers did a great job removing the existing carpet as well as all the furniture. But, I noticed them piecing the new padding together on my stairs and had to tell them not acceptable to redo it which they did.
