If you value your time and communication, then I would look into finding another carpet company. It pains me to leave a single star review on a local business, yet my experience with AAA Carpet Sales warrants it. To keep it brief, the entire process with this company has been a single star experience. Good products, good prices BUT that doesn't matter if they dont show up to install it. Its been real close to 5 months since I ordered & paid half for the deposit. Havent heard a word from them, call & they never answer the phone.
My experience with AAA Sales with my commercial space was great! Everyone from the salesman that we worked with, the person who measured for the carpet, and the two young men who installed the carpet were easy to work with, helpful, listened to what I wanted for my space , all were very professional. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for good quality carpet.
Great price for LVP. Nice installers. However we keep having issues with the planks separating in multiple places. We call and call, no one answers any of the phones. My husband has to drive there to talk with the owner. He assured us they would fix the flooring but never came, and continued to not answer any of the phones. We do not recommend AAA.
