Great place to get a storage unit - many size options available, clean and organized facility. The move-in process was very user friendly - all online - the move-out process easy too. Seamless experience.
I had a really great experience here thanks to Dave. I originally rented a smaller unit, and he kindly let me upgrade to a larger one for free — which was incredibly helpful during my move. What really stood out was how easy he made everything. He even gave me three days to transfer my belongings from one unit to the other at no extra cost and with zero hassle. Dan was very helpful. We were in and out in a jiffy. No complaints at all
Increased my rent to be double only 3 months into having the unit when I went to prepay to keep the lower rate (which they had already increased. Starting Rate $52. Increase $65 without a written letter or letting us know. And now $106 after I went to talk in person to prepay - They sent us a letter in the mail 2 days before rent is due). Onsite manager says they don't do prepay, but the website clearly states they do and customer service confirmed that. Don't move in and find a different place to avoid the headache!
