RecommendedI just saved $200 at AAA (sounds like a commercial huh, lol?)!! This was my first visit...I needed a replacement key/remote for my truck. I highly recommend AAA Safe and Lock! They were fast and efficient. The young man who came out was thoughtful and very thorough. AAA is now my “go to” for all safe, lock, and key issues.
Poor customer service skills. You can be amazing at your craft, but if you lack common courtesy it will affect your business. Neglecting to greet your customers will kill retention. My employees hate going here. I will allow them to drive further to be greeted with a smile.
I went to this company to purchase a remote start for my vehicle 12/29/17. First thing was they had the replacement in stock but had trouble programming it to my vehicle so that it would work. After finally getting it to unlock the doors and start the car, I paid 98.33 and was on my way not knowing that the fod was not completely programmed properly.
