Personnel and response were great and timely. I was able to find someone on site to assist me and we were successful in getting my vehicle unstuck. I immediately tried to cancel my request but there is no way to get through quickly by phone, or anyone to notify. (WASTFUL) Also, I could not believe that I was asked to select blocks of a photo with bicycles in it to ID myself, not now. Fix This. Blasting sunshine make it impossible to see your phone screen.
