Just tried to call and get more information and was met with the rudest individual ever. She mumbled and I asked her to repeat what she said and she got very snippy and rude. I said “Ope never mind, I’m not interested after that lack of professionalism”
Standing at the Hands Off event today and a truck with AAA Rents in the side went by and the guy in the passenger seat had his middle finger up. Not sure this is how their business wants to advertise.
After renting tables and chairs that were absolutely disgusting. Soiled, chunks out of the table, and chairs that were so dirty. I have decided to give this place a run for their money and start up a rental business. NOT only is the product I rented gross the customer service was awful. Waiting 5 minutes for someone to help me. Smiled and said hi when this woman came from the back. No reaction, rude, just an ugly acting person. Their hours are ridiculous. Was just on the phone with Kathy and received the rudest experience I could have received. I will not be coming here for my yearly corporate events as I had a large quote I needed and I don’t recommend this place as they don’t have customer values. I know she was busy but she absolutely did not have to be rude and hang up on me as I was trying to ask another question as she already had me on hold before. My experience with aaa rents was great. Very helpful staff and crew. The tent for our wedding was very nice and served our purpose well. I would definitely rent from them again.
