Tanner came out to assess our landscaping and whether or not it might be contributing to a water intrusion issue. He didn't think it was, and referred us to a different company to help with our issue. Tanner was on time, courteous, and professional. He was happy to explain everything in simple terms. I'd definitely trust Tanner and AAA Reick's in the future.
Issue: Stagnant water on a big area of lawn. Tanner assessed the condition of the lawn and around the house. He came up with a french-drain solution and, couple of days later, provided me with an estimate with a plan. The crew started the work and kept me updated with the progress. It would be great if they did all types of projects, we would only work with them if we could. It was so easy to talk to Tanner and his team, they answered our questions, gave us reassurance, explained in detail and kept us updated... It's weird to say I can't wait to work with them again. This is the best contractor relationship we've had, ever.
Great team to work with! We were stunned at out easily the team handled a major water issue we had in an old well room. They came in quick, on price, and put all our landscaping back better than it looked when they came in.
