We had an excellent experience working with the team at AAA Rapid Homes throughout the initial stages of our Granny Flat design review, pricing, and pre-contract process. Poor quality control. Here are some of the several issues- wall tiles in all bathrooms came off 6 months post built, but reapaired. Water leaking into garage floor due to imprper slab structure, never fixed. Gyprock not secured well across the house and flimsy. Lot of headache to go through. No respect and professionalism from site supervisors. Finishing not very good.

AAA Rapid Homes Pty Ltd is the go-to company for anything related to building, design, or architecture. Their team is not only skilled but also great to deal with, which makes the whole experience smooth and stress-free. What really stands out is the way the owner works and doesn’t just sit back, he’s on-site helping and guiding his team with real humility and leadership. They consistently go above and beyond, and honestly, this review only scratches the surface of how good they really are.

Poor quality control. Both bathroom wall tiles came off in 6 months but reapaired. Lot of headache to go through. Still having issues with water leaking into garage, across the house gyprock badly installed. Only giving 2 stars for replacing bathroom wall tiles. No respect and professionalism from site supervisors. Finishing not very good.
