Terrible experience, poor cost management, supervisors changing midway without proper handover, ended up having to foresee many aspects myself to minimize builder stuff-ups. Their is a dysfunctional business structure which is evident in the way the project was being managed i.e. within their team there was confusion as to who was responsible for certain tasks. Their was poor communication throughout and house was not properly constructed. Stay clear of AAA Rapid Homes unless you don't mind an ongoing headache.

This is our first home, we bought the land in 2020. Once we started searching for a good builder, it was peak COVID time, and finding a builder who could complete the project was tough. We were a lot confused and through a friend reference, we met Saiyaz. I have never met a person in the construction field who is so cool and patient. The team helped us in all aspects and our beautiful home was delivered. I would highly recommend going with AAA Rapid Homes

From the start of the build to the end of the build it was just an absolute horror, their architect was unprofessional in her manner as she was always in a hurry and did not listen to our ideas about having height for our new a home. Her lack of ability to understand English did not help our build, from the start we asked for a raised new home as our home sat on the low side.
