Absolute worst property management I have ever dealt with, and I have lived in what is considered the sketchiest apartment complex in the avenues in Chico. Alisa Cook, the manager, and daughter of the owner, is extremely unprofessional if her feelings get hurt (aka bring attention to issues). They are used to dealing with naive college-aged students who do not know much about real estate.
