My name is Tom Ward, and I own AAA Professional. I am a pressure washing, roof cleaning, and window cleaning expert and have been in business in 1996. I provide services for Green Bay, Appleton, and all of Northeastern Wisconsin. I am a BBB member with an A+ rating, and am fully insured and bonded. I would not hire again. Over a 4+ month period the work was not completed nor was a refund given.
Business response:
This customer continually texted me while intoxicated. The texts would appear on my phone at odd hours of the night, and were harassing in nature. I pressure Washed a deck, and patio, cleaned the garage roof, and pressure Washed her house. Only a small section on the back was not completed because of a birds nest with babies. I did not want to get them wet, and have them deserted by the momma. We agreed to wait til they were old enough to fly off on their own. I had my home pressure washed and windows cleaned by AAA Professional. Tom is the owner and did all work himself. He came to my home and first gave me a bid on the price of the job which I thought was reasonable. He then came on the date that we set and was prompt, courteous, and did a great job....the house looks like new again. He also removed some black streaking on the north side of my roof. This was the best money I have spent for a very long time. This gentlemen was timely, hard working, fast and more than fair. I have a LARGE home with many high windows. He was hired to wash the windows both inside and out, I cant say how impressed I was! What a pleasure to find someone like him. He also saved my roof from being ruined by pressure washing the mold off of the North facing peaks. I will be using him over and over again. Many thanks
