They have been amazing to work with for the last 5 years! Totally recommend them!!!
The facility is always clean. They provide a dumpster for renters to use. I'm able to pay online. I have been renting for a few years, my belongings are always safe, dry, and rodent free.
Needs attention with storage locations 16, 17, and 19 doors. The whole doors are about to fall off, please fix these locations. We've been loyal customers for over 7 years.
My storage was broken into twice the gate was broken for months and I lost 1000s of dollars worth in tools and stero equipment. They did nothing to help make it right. And their security cameras were "down" and got nothing on tape.
3 stars only because of the condition of the units, the dirt drive and the lack of snow and ice removal. The rental process was pretty simple and all automated online.
