Absolutely horrible he ran company, unprofessional, and incompetent! After being a 20 year customer with AAA, I will no longer use their service, or any of my family members use their service
Have been with these people since I started teaching in 1961 - they have helped me out of some rather prickly predicaments! Both my daughter and now my granddaughter are now covered!!
Great! Service was friendly, fast and efficient.
Liked the fast service but there were no signs to direct customers to the respective places for the different services. The receptionist (whoever was at the front desk) took care of me. Nice place. They have a library I found most interesting although I did not use it.
Went in to pay my yearly membership. No line great but I had to wait for the receptionist to stop messing on her phone. Was she texting?.. who knows. she looked up, put her flip phone in the drawer & finally took care of me the customer. Great interaction with cruise staff Donna B who know how to take care of customers. Lisa
Great service and information on Property Insurance.
I've been a AAA member off and on for years and never really investigated all of the services they offer members. I recently inquired about a homeowners insurance quote since we are relocating to Florida. I also inquired with three other agencies. Our agent, Tim, was fantastic. He provided the best customer service and the quote was actually for better coverage limits at the cheapest price. I strongly recommend contacting Tim M. for your insurance needs.
