Horrible!!! The worst customer service and so so rude. I guess because we are a home warranty user then we are sub par customers and deserve to be treated like dirt. I would never in a million years use this company if they were the last company on earth!
I do not generally write reviews, much less negative ones, but this place has the worst costomer service I have ever dealt with. The technician, Karl, was extremely rude on the telephone, tried to bully me, and acted as if he was right and the customer was wrong. Not having to put up with that kind of attitutde, I refused to let him do any work on my home and insisted on dealing with another technician. Worst customer service ever. Bruce (the owner) is rude and condescending. He believes in the mantra - the customer is an idiot and I am always right. I would rather fill my pool with dirt and never use it again than to deal with this man.
Extremely poor customer service – My home warranty company referred me to AAA Pools to perform a service call on our pool equipment that turned into a replacement of our heater. Getting them to come out was the easy part, after that it has been like pulling teeth. First, after a week of waiting I had to ask them on two separate occasions to send me the quote for the repair work.
