We found Albert and AAA recently when we were having issues with our pond. Albert himself came out, talked us thru the situation, and helped us establish ongoing care. We could not be more happy with AAA, his maintenance team arrives on time, takes great care of our pond, and are always so accommodating, considering we've never owned a pond before. So glad we found AAA, you'll love these guys!
I heard about AAA Pond Care from a stranger after complaining to my family about the outrageous prices another company charged me for a pond clean-out. I needed some repair work done and wanted to set up a monthly maintenance plan, so I decided to give them a call. From the very start, the customer service was exceptional. Albert actually spoke with me on the phone for about 15 minutes, patiently explaining their entire process. He even shared genuine, helpful maintenance hints so I could take better care of my pond myself an... read more
Albert and his team at AAA Pond Care did an amazing job cleaning up and straightening up our pond! We neglected it too long and the plants were over grown and sludge had settled into the rocks everywhere and leaks had developed. It was a huge job and they completed it in one day of hard, hard work, through the rain and thunderstorms to make it beautiful again! We will not neglect having AAA Pond care out every year to keep it looking great. They are knowledgeable, extremely hard working and do it all with a smile!
I have used AAA Pond care, Albert and crew, for years. Wonderful care and reasonable rates for top notch service. He always comes up with best, cost efficient service ,and is available to help with the inevitable issues that come up with ponds - often able to avoid service visit. Thanks Albert!
Albert is awesome. We thought we had a leak because we were losing water rapidly. I was so worried it was going to be thousands of dollars. Albert had us isolate some things that he walked us through over the phone. Isolated the side that was the problem. The guys came out and spent 20 minutes looking around. They found the issue. The dog had pressed down the liner while drinking out of the pond. They pulled the liner back up and put the rocks back. Whole thing took 30 minutes and they had it fixed. $150. What a deal!!!!
