HORRIBLE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! The manager assistant was very rude and nasty. And the worker’s damage my stuff in my house.

I live in CT, in the town that AAA services. My pipes broke and anxiously I’m extremely stressed. I called AAA first for their services, thinking they had great yelp reviews and seemed professional. A man on phone wouldn’t even consider my question because of my area code. I listened to him say it. He heard me try to explain my issue and that I live in CT, just came from out of state.... then he hung up on me. Called this company to come out and give me a price on work at a house I own, they set up an appointment and then didnt show up or call to say they werent going to make it, when I called them the next day they said that worker had a bad day and that they would be over to my house when they were done with a job. Again they did not show up or call to say they werent coming and then they stopped answering the phone. Very unprofessional.
