AAA Plumbers can start with properly training their drivers, not only behind the wheel but in sensitivity. It also would be beneficial for them to not hang up on people who are attempting to make a report. It's fine, it will be a police matter soon enough. Chuck is a joke of a supervisor.
They've seen everything, can do anything, and stand behind their work.

They are excellent workers with a lot of experience, friendly and with a good service
I have not used them recently but I did have a horrible driving experience with one of their drivers. I called and spoke with Paul. He was supposed to pass on the message and no one ever returned my call. It cost me $380 to repair my vehicle because one of their drivers ran me off the road and when I honked at him, he flipped me off. This is enough for me to never use them. Very poor customer service to say the least.
