Horribly rude to his customers and thinks he knows more than the rest of the world?!?! No thanks. I wouldn’t let him care for my pet rock. I’m going to take your advice and most certainly will take my money elsewhere!!!
Guess they don’t wear masks when doing medical procedures on your fur babies either. Wouldn’t trust them after the response posted on Nextdoor
Dr Mike Thomann and his practice at AAA Vet on Park Road aren’t following any mask mandates. All of their customers were in compliance when I visited for a preventative medicine pick up. I completed a survey about my experience, but instead of apologizing or offering another option, he asked me to “get a life and take my business elsewhere!!!”. When I asked for recommendations for a vet and saw his rude and condescending comments in regards to COVID I knew I would never step foot here. His lack of intelligence regarding a global pandemic paired with his RUDE customer service do not give me a sense of warm fuzziness in regards to his medical knowledge and treatment. AVOID!!!!
This vet thinks it is okay to ignore the mask mandate during a global pandemic and belittles customers who do wear masks to protect others telling them to “get a life and take their business elsewhere”. Unsafe, ignorant, and cavalier. Not a good combination. I certainly don’t want my pets left in his “care”.
RecommendedDr. Mike did an amazing job trying to help my dog out. Went to different vet previously that did not do more simple test to see what was going on & AAA did. Dog still ended up passing but not for lack of trying to get him better.
De. Mike couldn’t have done a better job with my 4 month year old Doberman, Cain. After only FOUR weeks of posting his ears are basically done; and the shape, well, it speaks for itself. You pay for what you get. You should never go “cheap” on something that your best friend will carry for the rest of his life. Pricy, but worth it! I couldn’t be happier!!!
