Great trip planning service
This negative review pertains to the Auto Service department. I called to make an appointment to replace a car battery, and the agent Jon told me that they would close at 6, but if I came in before 5:30 they would change my battery without an appointment. I arrived at around 4:45 and waited for 10-15 minutes while Jon spoke to an unhappy customer on the phone; it took that long plus a consultation with one of the mechanics just for him to figure out who the customer was! As a AAA member I got charged $700 for left blinker bulb and battery replacement. I would hate to see what non members get charged. I was in a bind so I took the beating, but will not ever return and definitely never recommend this business. Battery and bulb $700!!! Wish I got a kiss first.
