Just a friendly reminder to those who have AAA premium paid in full does not guarantee that they’re going to come and get you. My wife and I are prime examples we’re both in our 60s and needed a tow and three hours later they called us to apologize that they could not come and get us. We were at the Perrysburg Costco, not like we were out in Timbuktu. Never again.
Good communication, fair price, they did not top off my tire pressure on a rotate and balance but that happens and they have free air in the back. Rotation free with oil change which is a good approach to keeping clients happy.

First of Melissa, Mat and Joe were the absolute best, that made my terrible situation into a smooth solution! The customer service, the communication and just their intentions are and were the greatest! AAA IS where it’s at for a membership! Got my family added to my membership and AAA HAS US COVERED’ !!!
