Fair pricing and very transparent. Melissa in particular goes above and beyond to make sure you know what needs fixed and what can wait. They also have a partnership with Lyft (might be a member perk) where they pay for a ride home if you need one. It appeared that no drivers were in the area and Melissa was about to drive me home herself until a driver appeared. You always hear about horror stories at repair shops, you don't have to worry about that here.
Car repairs seem to come at the worse time. But Perrysburg AAA took care of solving the problem. Diagnosed, repaired and taught me about Synchrony black card to pay for it. I trust them and happy they keep my 2005 Toyota purring!
I dropped my car to get serviced, the young man (Tom) reached out and shook my hand with a smile. While in the lobby, Mel was working the phones and taking care of customers with a smile and a service mentality. Although they were busy the level and detail of customer service never dropped. I was very impressed! Mel should be cloned because she sets the table for the service culture! Well done! Absolutely outstanding!
