My car died on the side of the highway and AAA arranged for towing my car to their garage. I was shaken by the cars speeding by just a few feet from me. Melissa at AAA immediately made sure I was okay, arranged for my car to be evaluated and arranged for a ride home for me. Matt was super helpful. One of the most knowledgeable mechanics I ever worked with.
Love these people. I was driving from NY to Milwaukee with a stop in Perrysburg and was having some trouble with the car. Melissa got us in on a Sat afternoon and just tightened a wire on our alternator, charged us nothing, and sent us on our way. Serious life-savers.
Fair pricing and very transparent. Melissa in particular goes above and beyond to make sure you know what needs fixed and what can wait. They also have a partnership with Lyft (might be a member perk) where they pay for a ride home if you need one. It appeared that no drivers were in the area and Melissa was about to drive me home herself until a driver appeared. You always hear about horror stories at repair shops, you don't have to worry about that here.
Car repairs seem to come at the worse time. But Perrysburg AAA took care of solving the problem. Diagnosed, repaired and taught me about Synchrony black card to pay for it. I trust them and happy they keep my 2005 Toyota purring!
