RecommendedHad my truck towed there last week for what I was pretty sure was a thermostat issue. Tow was free, no problems. Tim H. handled the review of the issue and repair work. Very courteous, quick to get back. Repair finished that day, and no damage to truck when I picked it up (I've had two instances of damage at other shops. Actually had to sue one of them. I won.). I'm not sure what the basis for the negative reviews might be, but I will not hesitate to go back there, and to recommend them to others.
My wallet got stolen so naturally I had to cancel my auto pay on my insurance, well due to who I work for the D.O.D.(department of defence) I go out of town alot for month on end, so instead of AAA letting me catch up on my policy they require I pay the reminder of my balance over $1000on order to stay with them! Had I know this is of never got a policy with them! The average person doesn't have a grand laying around!
I will never return again. It's rare that I publicly make this kind of statement. But it's my responsibility to warn others. They actually claimed that I went into the motor capartment and "fiddled" with what they did and undid their work. They want it back to inspect. Shame on them first time.... Never again. You have been warned.
