Absolutely awful customer service. Bought a cooling fan they claimed they had tested and was in working condition for $180. It turned out to be lies and it is Horribly expensive piece of junk. Immediately let them know it was defective and not cooling at all, and they said I should have read the bottom part of the receipt and won't refund or give credit. Don't get ripped off by liars.
