The level of customer service was outstanding—more like the experience you’d expect at a nice hotel than at a lumber yard. Friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!
Very responsive, flexible, and fast. I had specific pallet dimensional and stringer spacing requirements which they were able to build correctly and within a day. Their ability to use scrap wood for a custom job was a plus for me.
The workers here are very kind, transparent and helpful! They were great about advising us on which pallets were best for our shipping needs. The pallets themselves were in top condition. I would highly recommend coming here for affordable pallets!
