We have had our stuff stored there for 4 years never once paid late stayed there through three different rate hikes and today 4/3/2026 we went to retrieve our last load of belongings. But not before being verbally harassed by the owner I believe the dad. Saying first that sweeping out the unit to like it was when we got the unit. I asked him if that was his way of saying he intended to keep my deposit. He said no that I was moving out without giving him a noticed. Rude, don’t just hang up on people.
If you do any storage auction biding with this facility I would suggest you keep on the lookout. I’ve seen this facility cancel their bids because of having low bids and then switching them to other websites. They also cancel the units and then proceed to repost them with more items than what they actually had which seems weird.
I had clean storage for my things. The place is secure as well. The owners are super nice. I highly recommend them.
