It seems I bother these poor guys every 4-5 years with a problem I can't solve be they chimney or gas logs, from which I wisely retired from DIY waste of time, money = bruises. EVERY time they answer, respond PRONTO and fix, then collect a reasonable fee. Am blessed by these angels.
Gary was very helpful and came out after work to help us figure out what we needed to fix our fireplace. The installer, Ryan, went above and beyond- The set up was clean, he made a few aesthetic detail adjustments for us and our kids loved him. Highly recommend!
