When I discovered a water backflow issue at my home, I was incredibly anxious. I called the company late at night, expecting to leave a voicemail—but to my surprise, Willow answered. He patiently walked me through some steps over the phone, then showed up at my door first thing the next morning to help figure out the problem. He returned several times to carefully pinpoint the exact issue before resolving it completely. Willow is highly motivated, friendly, and professional. I couldn’t recommend him more highly!
We had a water heater leak on one of our rental properties in Ukiah and Willow was able to take care of us. He installed a new 50 gallon with no issues . Very impressed with his speed and quality. Wonderful experience, the owner picked up immediately and found time in his busy schedule to meet me in 2 hrs. Although it was already late in the day on a Saturday, he replaced my water heater that day. It was a long day for him, but he met the issue with professionalism, humor, and expert knowledge. We had an emergency at our new home where our hot water heater suddenly died on us. They took our call in the middle of the night and got us upgraded to a new hot water heater by the end of the next day. Service was fantastic and really saved us from disaster. Highly recommended!
