I wasn’t coming in for much, just an international driving permit, but they were very friendly and super quick. I filled out my paperwork and brought it in with me, as well as my own photos, but they can do it there as well if you don’t bring it with you. Now I’m ready for my trip! Thanks guys!

I feel some basic customer service procedures need to be implemented at this office. I entered the office and was promptly greeted by 2 staff who could not help me. The only person who could help me had only one customer who had already been in the office for a period of time. I was second in line. After waiting 25 minutes and still no movement I finally left the office and had to return again later.
