Prompt response to online appointment request. Tech Mitchell arrived earlier than expected (which was a blessing), and was very professional. He explained in detail the issues with our A/C unit and gave tips to keep it running while we wait for parts. Would highly recommend !!
I had a great experience with Mitchell from AAA Northgate today. He was very kind, respectful, and clearly knowledgeable. He arrived quickly, got right to work, and was thorough in checking over our AC unit. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand and even complimented how well we’ve kept up with the AC maintenance.
