I feel like Tim has been very professional and explained what was done in a clear and concise fashion. I asked him questions about the thermostat and he gave me clear answers. I would trust Tim. my usual technician to do what is needed and not anything more. I have been a customer of AAA Northgate for years. My Dad always said they were the best and he was right. Spectacular service, friendly, helpful...all around great team! Carmon was amazing.
