After being a member for 33 years I called to understand why my insurance went up $300. for 6 months. Dominic said cause I filed a claim for $1700. $500. of which I paid out of pocket (collision). After all these years of paying on time and in full for both Homeowners and Auto. They do nothing! AAA insurance is not customer helpful. So to you new people looking for a good/helpful insurance company... don't sign up for AAA.
I’ve been a member for over 16 years. When I finally needed some battery assistance this past month, I was told they wouldn’t help me because the vehicle I was driving was an RV. I don’t plan on renewing this next time around.
