Went to AAA Newburyport office to renew my driver's license last Saturday morning. What an easy, stress-free experience! The whole process took just a couple of minutes. So much better than having to go to the Registry!
AAA always makes it a pleasure. And I am thrilled that they now offer DMV services. Smiling faces-clean facility-travel-towing-They actually offer all the services they promise. Doesn't seem to happen much anymore.

I have used most of the services that AAA offers. Discount coupons, Triptik route planning, maps & travel books, Travel Services, towing service & DMV services. It is well worth the membership fee. I couldn't be happier with all the employees that have helped me over the years.
I have had AAA for the past 34 yrs. and I had some bad experiences with some of them but found out that your office is more friendly than the one in Haverhill-- we went there to book a vacation to Orlando for two adults and spoke to Jen and we were paying on the trip and something came up and had to cancel so she remarked that it was a good thing we cancelled now because if we cancelled next year she would not get her commission and that did not suit us well so now we go either to Newburyport or Salem,NH office because you t... read more
I visited this AAA branch to renew my license. Wow! The staff were so friendly, courteous, and helpful, and it goes without saying that the process surpassed my previous RMV experiences. The whole thing took only a few minutes!
My passport picture were taken in few minutes. Quick, fast, impressive and very courteous service.
