Unfortunately, they did not show up for a scheduled chimney cleaning appointment. No phone call, SMS, or email was sent to inform me. I have emailed them, but there has been no response. Don't waste your time.

This was one of the worst experiences I've had with a cleaning company. I have used their services in the past so decided to book again. The owner came in and worked on our sectional for maybe 5 minutes before leaving. When it dried it had a huge water stain that would not come out. I messaged the owner letting them know that they will need to come back. They came back and, again, sped through the cleaning process and left another water mark in a different area.
