They say they are a safe place to rent with daily checks and 24/7 security surveillance well they aren’t STAY AWAY FROM THIS CRAP SHOW PLACE unless you want your stuff stolen

I rented from them a few years ago, found myself in need again for a storage unit. I’ll admit it took a couple of phone calls and played tag for a day and a half. Not AAA’s fault, just scheduling problems on my part. Jason and I finally connected and everything was taken care of over the phone. Very satisfied with the customer service!
Do not get a storage unit from. This place. You can call or send emails for weeks without getting any response. I got behind on my unit and paid the payment on the which is the last day you can pay before you get a late fee. I was still charged one. Plus I was told I didn't pay enough that I still owe money. I show a credit not a balance. Stay a way from this place. Not a great place to store your things. I'd give less than a star if I could.
